Why a Team
Buying or selling a home is a big transaction in which you will spend a good amount of time with your Realtor. There will be difficult decisions to make and things you do not understand. For this reason I think it is important for you to trust and like the person you are working with. We value your confidence in us and confidentiality and loyalty will always be served to you. We are a team ready to help you through this process and we are also real people. We have all been in your shoes, sometimes several times. We know what it is like to be both a buyer and seller. Lisa, our transaction, coordinator, will keep the paperwork staright and make sure we do not miss a date. Our realtors will be there through the buying or selling process 110%. Because we are a team, and we also have other referral agents we work with, we can make sure someone is always there for you.
Our Story
Once upon a time we were three individual agents. One day we decided we could give more to our clients together than alone. So Team Imagine was born. Lisa wanted to be more on the admin side. Molly and Sarah were glad to give that away! Molly and Sarah concentrated on spending time and getting to know their clients and taking them to see homes. They also spent time helping clients prepare to sell their home, market them home, and get the home sold. One day they decided they needed help and so they asked other agents if they would join the team as referral agents. These agents would have Lisa to help with paperwork and they must adhere to the high standards that Molly and Sarah expected. Along with these agents Team Imagine is able to help all their clients with the most flexible, knowledgeable and outstanding service. And so the team grew..........to be continued.
